I placed an order online. I waited 30 minutes for ONE sandwich and it wasn't made correctly. As you can tell by the picture I made sure to include it in the instructions. Instead of remaking my sandwich they just threw the sandwich in the toaster AFTER I HAD TAKEN A BITE OUT OF IT. Gross and unsanitary (I have a cold btw) No one wants a hot tuna sandwich.

Do NOT eat here! We waited for about 8 minutes and was never acknowledged. Then suddenly roaches started crawling on the glass petition where they make the sandwiches ? I knew then I was not eating anything from there! And I'll NEVER go back! ROACHES!! I know they know they're infested.. ?

The young lady was very intelligent and listened to my order and was even happy being it's a Holliday weekend coming up. She made each foot long perfect! So I feel 22.00 dollars for two foot longs made with extras and the employee made it exactly as I wanted rates a 6 star. My order was a meatball on wheat provalon cheese and black olives. The second was a cold cut double meat with lettuce tomato and black olives. Again!! PERFECT!! Thank you subway.
