If i could give this ZERO stars i would! Paid 35 dollars for a sandwhich, 2 cookies, and a small side salad, that they said they could NOT chop up for me. Silly me assuming a CHOPPED salad meant it was....you know....chopped! ?‍♀️The worker refused to listen to the ingredients I wanted, and instead added whatever SHE thought she wanted. Well, iam allergic to alot of foods, so i tell her to STOP and she keeps going....she ended up dumping 3 salads BEFORE finally listening to the customer! Who has life or death allergies! Go ANYWHERE ELSE. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION ONE PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Oh, and to add insult to injury, she charged me for the cookies and then refused to give me any when i said i didnt get them. ?Dietary restrictions: Iam allergic to dairy, gluten, beans, tree nuts, egg yolk, all red meats, all fruits, fresh and frozen.

Do not ask for more vegetables they will not give them to you. I have to ask 5 or six times and each time they give you like a piece or two and then look at you like why did you ask.

This Subway has consistently been 5 stars since I started working at CityPlex over 6 years ago. Friendly staff, good food. Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. They always get it right.

Went with a friend around noon. They weren't very busy but the workers seemed grumpy. I like lettuce on my subs but when I looked at it it looked days old and wilted. I wanted to ask for fresh lettuce but again, they were grumpy and I didn't want to bother them.I got the lettuce anyway and within three hours I had food poisoning. Now I'm very sick and unwell. Just be careful out there

Though it is probably not the number 1 option to go to, I didn't really think to walk in, but was I glad I did walk in. The food was neatly placed onto my bread. The employees were working so hard, greeting everyone with a smile with some not smiling back, as we live in a world where workers are under appreciated, and greeting the customer as they haven't seen them in years, and they were an old pal they had never met. I saw a kid working the cashier, and was informed that he was the grandson of the owner! I love that! It is great that family is more important than a job, and that the kid loved his grandma so much.
