Took my daughter here for her birthday treat.. she’s 25 but you know we’re never too old to enjoy sweets! I loved it. The girls were nice and helpful, the atmosphere was good, and had I not just eaten a big meal I would have eaten a dozen donuts haha.

Wonderful service. I didn't realize how small the donuts were on my Postmates order, so the manager gave me a dozen at no charge. So kind and professional!

This was experimental for me and I wasted $40. Was just awful. Soggy and greasy no flavor. We couldn't eat we put out on the street where we see raccoons come to eat. They didn't even touch that. ?Don't waist money.

I ordered the 6 donuts. (The “bam berry” which is lemon and blueberry mixed) The only thing I ever get the only WAY I ever order it. She refused to do half lemon half blueberry. She made me get it with both flavors on all of them. I understand if I was choosing one rolled in sugar/ cinnamon and one not. But this was not the case. She stated she “didn’t have time” to make it the way I asked. My boyfriend and I were literally the only ones in the store. This is just poor customer service. She literally had both flavors in her hand and refused to make it how I asked. I did not ask for anything additional. If anything this would take LESS time. Won’t be back.

The young blonde lady that was behind the counter on Sunday March 3 2024 in the evening. She was so rude to us. If I hadn't promised my children a dessert I would have just walked out. The Sugar Llamas at 101st and Mingo is great. The girls in there are just so positive and friendly. I love going in there. Stay away from this one in Tulsa Hills. Go to the other one in South Tulsa.

I hope this is a one off, but half of our order was wrong and we didn’t notice until we got home so it was a wasted trip. (They prepped the donuts out of our view). Not worth going back. Staff had a bad attitude. Walked off when customers came in. Overall not friendly, and not paying attention. We’ve had a way better experience at the Bixby location, so we will stick to that one instead.

Sugar Llamas @ Tulsa Hills is phenomenal! They have great customer service, friendly and helpful every time you come in! Atmosphere is cozy with the cutest decor of funky Llamas! And best of all the mini donuts! You can’t go wrong with the maple bacon, coconut cream, or banana pudding just to name some of our favorites!!! Very reasonable prices!

Great donuts and atmosphere. However, There was only one person working. She was great and communicated with us on everything. however, I feel like she should've had another person working with her. Sundays tend to be busy and she was a little swamped. other than that, everything was great!
