Asked to add refried beens to my crunch wrap add means “ADD” on top of what’s there why she try and take the beef off and act like it’s my fault when she messed it up get your attitude right and learn how to do your job’s charge me for sauce and didn’t give it to me then when I went back to get it they gone tell me I have to pay again and then tried to say they didn’t have it then gave it to me anyways how you pull it out of nowhere?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Can’t ever get my food right, ordered a deluxe cravings box and only got a burrito and a taco, charged me for the whole box and didn’t give me all the items. Refused to make it right, $&@! This Taco

Went through the drive through and who I'm assuming was the closing manager for the night was extremely rude (blonde hair and script tattoo on her forearm). We ordered two meals and the person at the window took my card, told us they only had half of what we ordered, and then immediately ran it. When we asked about being able to get something else because we'd ordered two meals for two people he called his manager over and she was really confrontational about not being able to order at the window. Which I understand as a general rule but they knew they were out before they charged us and just didn't give me the chance to add anything or cancel. I didn't want to argue so I just left with the half of our order we were charged for and went somewhere else to get a second meal for the other person with me. I generally am not one to complain, especially singling out specific people, but this experience has put such a bad taste in my mouth I can't imagine wanting to go back there anytime and risking having to deal with that again.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Every time I come to this Taco Bell there is always a problem. Food incorrect, bad service, but more importantly it is slow. I have had to wait upwards of 30 minutes for my food, even when I have ordered ahead. I have no issue like this with other Taco Bells. This go around not only was 30min in line but they didn't even have have the order ready. There is a Taco Bueno about a quarter mile down the road, better to go there.
