I have always preferred Taco Mayo over some other Taco fast food places. I always went to them in the OKC / Edmond area. I now reside in Tulsa. Yesterday I had a food issue, and it was not good. I spoke to the manager today. The manager was very nice and concerned. She offered to make amends for the food issue. I declined, and said no. But what she did was not only kind but it showed respect. Unfortunately I will not be going back to the Taco Mayo establishment. I just want to say thank you to the Manager for listening, and showing concern, and offering to help. I was honest with her, and I appreciate her honesty, and kindness.
To go order through drive in. Courteous service. All food was prepared and packed well. Tasted great. Only problem is the sauce packet doesn't have a tear spot. Had to use a fingernail clipper to cut it.

I love Taco Mayo for the best drive through tacos,pintos and cheese,nachos and Indian tacos! They are open late and sell bags of crushed ice which I love!! Good job you guys!!!

This place used to serve edible cheap mexican food, now the only decent thing is the fountain drink. Restaurants that sacrifice food quality to churn profit may as well close the doors now. To be fair, this isn't the only location or restaurant to go down this road.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. We stop in when visiting family and grab Mexicali burritos and potato locos. We spent 40 dollars on inedible food. The rice was rock hard in the burritos and the steak was like chewing taffy. The potatoes were so soggy they would smash and fall apart when you pick them up.
