Im a regular customer, these last Wed. I went to have dinner with my fam, and everything went well the food was good until I order a burger to go, for my lunch the next day. I ordered it medium-well and later when I went to eat I noticed the beef was raw. Not even medium-rare, raw.

I just don't get the hype around this place. There are lots of options for food and drinks and the service has been great all 3 times we've visited. The wait times are wild, (even with getting on the wait list), the atmosphere is tacky as all hell, the noise and cleanliness are always out of control and God forbid someone has a birthday and they do the screaming while trying to get someone on a saddle in the middle of it all. Let's be honest, outside of the free rolls......the food is mediocre at best. I had a chicken breast dinner one time, a Porterhouse steak the next time and the prime rib the last time. All of which were basic. There are far better options for 1/2 the price at far more places with better atmospheres and less wait times. Just my opinion though.

This has become one of our favorite restaurants. The food and service are consistently great. We love the app which allows us to get on the wait list and have minimal wait time at the restaurant. And you can’t beat the price, especially in this economy.

We had a 4:30 dinner reservation on mother's day we were seated after 7:30. No apologies nothing. But in all fairness we were dumb enough to wait that long. Food and the wait staff were great. Just getting in and seated left alot to be desired.

I haven't eaten here in years because they are always extremely busy. We tried a few months ago, but after waiting over an hour (AND after having a reservation) we ended up going to Outback Steakhouse. Tonight for Mother's Day I wanted to just get a to go order instead of eating at the restaurant. Took us 15 minutes of circling to find an empty parking spot to even text that we were there to pick up our food. Then waited another 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready and finally got our food. Then we get home and realize we were missing half the food! We were missing chicken, at least 3 sides, and my Chicken fried chicken didn't have any gravy on it. And it didn't even come with any rolls. I won't be back. We spent over $70 tonight and almost half of our food was missing. We rarely eat out, MAYBE once every 3 months or so and I was really looking forward to a nice dinner for Mother's Day.

We went on 5/11/24. For mothers day. Our steaks were just warm. Oder mine medium it came out rare and bloody. I didn't send it back because the cook will spit on it or drop it on the floor. I will find another steak place to go.

Texas Roadhouse on 71st Street is much better than the one in Jenks. It's so good. Great food. It is loud in there, but everything else is great.
Great food and excellent service!!! Austin was wonderful, definitely looking forward to return and sit in his section.
