Food: ordered menudo; recipe needs adjustments. The form in how it is cooked and cleaned (the meat) is obvious in how it tastes and smells in the location as they serve it. It misses garbanzo and the oregano is served as a spice on the table instead of being cooked in the soup. Small place, ordered a chicharrón taco and a chorizo taco. Both tacos were served with one soft corn tortilla. Chicharrón was dry but ok. Chorizo was not flavorful. Cilantro and onion chopped coarse, passable.Guy - owner very polite though.

Cash only, only has gorditas, quesadillas, tortas, tacos, tamales, and menudo, they don't do sides. Their menu and ingredients are pretty limited, but what they do have is good.Gets pretty crowded at lunch time.
