Don't even waste your time, they will have you waiting over 30mins even if you order online. For a smoothie, that was old at that point..The female employee with the gold "S" ring on is TERRIBLE. She needs to be fired immediately. You can't work in customer service if you have a pissy attitude and can't manage the things that come out your mouth.. I will never come back ever again and I'm going to recommend as much as people as I can NOT to come to tropical smoothie on 71st . I'll go to Jamba Juice next time. The worst customer EVER

Waited in line for 30 minutes and by the time we got to the window, no one would acknowledge us. I called to question why we were not getting service and I was told that the manager walked out. No employee had enough professionalism to notify all the customers that are stuck in the drive thru because once you pull into the drive thru you can not exit until order is complete. Worst experience ever. Never getting in this drive thru again. Poor customer service and professionalism

They gave me the wrong order and when I tried to call when i got home and noticed, they were closed for the evening so I called in the morning and they said there was nothing they could do...the absolute worst customer service!

I just came to this store on 71st. One female employee was on her phone and one with a headset on had their back to the front counter.Not one person greeted me or asked to help me.

Literally every time I come here is the slowest experience of any place I've ever been. The employees take like 10 minutes just to get to you to take an order.It is ridiculous and very poorly run.

If you love Tropical Smoothie, do not come to this location.I normally visit the Broken Arrow location or the Tulsa/Jenka location off memorial. But I was in this part of town and assumed they are all the same.My flatbread hardly had anything in it and it was smashed up. My Daughter's Turkey roll up was pathetic. Stiff tortilla with hardly any stuffing.The smoothies were so solid we had to re blend them at home.If you enjoy Tropical smoothie, visit the other better locations nearby.

After getting my order wrong. I tried calling and no one answered the phone after multiple attempts.I decided to drive back to the location and the workers were very annoyed that I wanted to have my order remade properly. I was told that they would remake the smoothie Because they put coconuts instead of almonds, and that I would have to pay for my hummus wrap to be remade, which made no sense she said I didn’t have my receipt and I needed to have my receipt. Otherwise I needed to pay for it so I text my husband to send me a copy of the receipt which she did, and they still had bad attitudes while remaking the products, this seems to be the only tropical smoothie location that has issues with quality and customer service management needs to step in and make some changes or do some retraining .

I shopped here to pick up a smoothie for my son. I was surprised at the price. Wow. I like smoothies but not that much. This place is like the Starbucks of coffee. I don't go there either. McDonald's and QT are just fine. Call me cheap.

Waited at counter while 3 cars in drive through were helped, when I asked if I had to go to drive thru I was curtly told the restaurant was short handed. But, before leaving, I saw 2 additional employees come out of the back for a total of 5 workers...hmm. anyway, I finally got my order which was the featured Chicken chorizo wrap, but when I got to work to eat it, there was no tomato salsa as described on placard and which my daughter received on the same order in a different city. Food and smoothie were good, but a little pricey.
