First time since Covid. I was disappointed this time. Service was slow, food was “okay”, and pricey for just so-so food. There was a good crowd and the atmosphere is nice.

Numerous trips to YZ mostly excellent food and service. However, tried blacked tuna appetizer tacos. Thinking they would be spicy excellent from a sushi restaurant. NOT, they were over cooked like chips with poor flavor. Worse than BAD. Sorry because it’s first thing ever at YZ well below acceptable. I can recommend everything I’ve tried except this dish.

Well I asked for the Chef's Choice Sushi Roll. What I got was a true piece of art. Not only was it the best I have had in the states. Service was excellent friendly professional. Very good Chef and Waitstaff. It is a very open and welcoming inside with lots of natural light. Really put together well. Again it tastes better than it looks and it looks fantastic. Five stars.

Love their fishless options!Vegetarian options: Surprising number of vegetarian options for a sushi place, very well done too. This time I had the shiitake mushroom roll and of course the edamame. Excellent cocktails, especially love those with ginger!

Yokozuna is a very laid back and casual dining experience with delicious options, I got the chicken Ramen with an extra soy egg and my wife got the sweet and sour chicken. My Ramen was delicious but I do wish they offered more Ramen options, they only have a pork belly Ramen and a chicken ramen. My wife's chicken tasted like fresh and authentic orange chicken, mellow sweet flavor. We also got the fried chicken bao which is amazing, and the chili sauce they use is an explosion of flavor.
I only go there for their Hot Mess Signature rolls. Never knew Eel sauce tasted so good. We also tried several types of sushi, loved them all. Mangolian Beef was amazing. Sumo fried rice is also a good option.Great service and food is always good ?Highly recommended.

The Mongolian beef here is to die for and they give you a good portion as well! It's one of our favorite places to eat at!

It was super crowded when we went , as to be expected on a Saturday evening. However, the whole staff worked so well and so hard to attend to their customers. We sat at the sushi bar, and all the chefs were adequately working but the one in front of us was so impressive. He was pumping out those sushi rolls like no other! The 3 rolls we ordered came out fairly quick and were amazing. We ordered a chefs special and it was absolutely amazing!! It had the sweet rum sauce ? so so good.

Will never go there again.Manager host woman was so rude to my company. Insulting and unfortunately unprofessional.In The Raw will continue to get our business.Don't waste your money or time at Yokazuna on Yale.Update:Met some friends there before New Year's 2023/2024.A bald white server that wasn't our server brought our appetizer.He loudly and abruptly put down our stack of appetizer plates. 1 slipped off and made even more noise.He quickly grabbed soy sauce from a nearby table and while putting it down spilt it on the table and walked of quickly without saying a word.Ladies were all startled.Always something happens every time

Disappointed in service tonight at dinner. Being a regular there, I had never experienced such lousy service. Server took 30 minutes to come to table after being seated. He was very lazy. After food came out, half of the order was missing and the server had forgotten about the order. Waited for order to come out for 30 minutes while the server socialized with the staff and was not apologetic whatsoever.
