I used to go to Ziggis a lot. Close to home. Open early. But the last two times they do not listen. Whats so hard about an Americano w/ cream? Twice now on an Americano the youngster asked if I wanted whip cream. I answered no. Bad answer. Received a black coffee no cream. Geez. Going back to Rocket coffee.

LOOVE THIS PLACE.Only down side for me is that three times in a row I couldn’t get the waffle Sandwich because they were out.This shows that the food is great and the demand is high, I just wish that there was more supply. But I am definitely going back. Great customer service to.

Ordered an egg and cheese & spicy sausage burrito. Both were ok, nothing I would go out of my way to order again. Also ordered a hazelnut cream latte (oat) and a raspberry truffle. Both coffees were really good! Don't forget to ask for the coffee beans.

If you are currently observing the Star**** boycott of 23-24, then let me tell you about this place! We discovered it nearly by accident, but what a hidden treasure it Tulsa. If you haven’t stopped - do yourself a sold favor and do so! The team and service so far has been a happy bunch of ladies that know their stuff. And they have everything you crave from that other place, and it’s really good!

For the first time in 3 years, they accidentally messed up my order. I went back immediately to ask if I would be able to get it remade and a possible refund. I was helped by Devon Harris and immediately was met with the utmost respect and genuine kindness!! Instead of JUST remaking the order like other coffee shops, who know who they are, they issued a refund, gave two coupons for free 16 ounce drinks on my next visit, and a 2 ounce cup, full of chocolate covered coffee beans!!! They clearly focus on their key values and know how to run a business!! This has been my favorite coffee shop since it opened they have such a friendly atmosphere and I will continue to go there!!! I think every business out there can learn a thing or two from this staff! I love every single one of them! They're doing amazing work

Went there January 1st to get a campfire Cocoa Blender which doesn’t come with coffee or what they call “pre-mix”. It’s supposed to have chocolate milk but when I told the person at the window it tasted like coffee she said “ we didint put coffee in it “ so I just asked if I could get it remade and without chocolate sauce. She takes the drink and proceeds to make the exact same thing almost like they just reblended it…

I ordered a large iced fireside latte and usually they don't taste like straight expresso. This definitely had several shots of expresso and milk definitely nothing else and it cost me almost 8 dollars. :(

I visit this location regularly, at least two to three times a week. The employees are always very polite, and orders are made quickly. I've never had a bad experience at this location. If you're looking for a good blended beverage, their selection is fantastic! Breakfast burritos are also top tier. They have parking spaces and dining tables on a small patio, and you can even order from a walk-up window. If you're in the area, give this place a shot!
