Imagine spending over $6 for a To-Go coffee order just for the coffee to be SO wrong.Asked my husband to pick it up and he blanked on what I told him I got. But it shouldn't be his job to get my order right since it's literally the barista's job there.I got a plain coffee when the tag *clearly* says an iced turtle coffee with whipped cream.. (see photo)Apparently they had no other customers there, too, so it's not like they were slammed with other orders to take care of.I like Ziggi's, they usually get my order right without having me to question the mental capacity of the staff.Now I'm going to work without having the time to fix this. And I can't request a refund on the app so you get a bad review instead.

I checked out Ziggi's Coffee (9191 S. Mingo Rd., Tulsa, OK) for the first time today and loved it! My breve was DELICIOUS & they gave me a yummy chocolate-covered coffee bean treat on the lid! I went through the drive through with my pup and Ziggi’s gave him the best Pup Cup he’s ever had (whipped cream — topped with a dog bone!) he was thrilled with! I was so impressed with how kind, friendly, helpful and fast the workers were! The chorizo breakfast burrito was great too. I will definitely be back VERY often!

I had the absolute pleasure of encountering a true gem during my most recent visit to Ziggi's. The girl who took my drink order was not only incredibly sweet, but exceptionally swift in getting my order to me.What struck me the most was her thoughtfulness. It was evident that she wasn't just going through the motions; she genuinely cared about ensuring I had a positive experience. Specifically, she took the time to inquire about how I was doing, and her attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to encounter such genuine care in today's fast-paced world.Overall, my experience was nothing short of delightful, thanks to this wonderful girl! She's an outshining example of what outstanding customer service should be.

My first time in but this will be my goto coffee spot from now on. I got a 24oz coffee walked over sat it down on the table and as I went to sit down I tipped the table and 24oz looked like it instantly turned into a gallon as it exploded every where! Th owner was so quick to come out with a mop and before I even realized it one of the staff was handing me a new coffee. I felt so bad as I made a huge mess. Not only did they not make me feel bad, they were so gracious and understanding with genuine smiles the entire time. They even let me do a little of the moping after I insisted they let me help!Coffee was GREAT! I had the americano.
