Today was the grand opening of this new Zoes restaurant, the staff was so friendly, and the food was excellent. They have stayed to quality over time, too.

Way too many issues, I'll never come back again unless they make drastic changes. Not a single menu on the wall explained what any of the items were. Despite my best efforts, it was impossible to understand the lady at the register because she was wearing a face mask and was talking like a Charlie Brown teacher. It was so loud inside, that it made a fifth grade cafeteria sound like a library. I thought maybe instead I should order through the drive-thru. However, they won't let you do that because it's a pickup only. I went to the website, and it requires an account. I simply wanted to buy some food, not go on a two-year Safari or enroll in college. This place can p*ss off!

Loved my food, but their computer system shut down while my sister was trying to pay for her order and they turned her away, because she didn't have cash. Practically no one carries cash now!!!! When she came to tge table without an order,, our party of friends came up with the cash so that she would have a meal, also. Then they overcharged her for making it a meal and didn't give her the drink that came with it. Not customer service at its finest.

This is by far the best location (Tulsa Hills) we have had dinner at! We've eaten dinner here, I can't comment on any other time. Employees have been courteous and helpful. Better than the rest!

What the heck has happened at this location ?We went tonight and everything was terrible !!! This photo of this rotten avocado was the sum of our meal. We ordered the trio First and it had almost no veggies just old soft tomato’s and old soft see through cucumbers that tasted terrible. Next I got the Avocado Cobb and there’s was no avocado and when I asked you see what I got. With it I had a new chicken white bean soup that was cold and I tried to eat it but couldn’t. My trio

I got the salmon harissa bowl and the salmon smelled sooo bad the moment it hit the table, and the lentils in the super grains were crunchy, some even green :( when I complained nicely she offered me some turmeric rice, she was so sweet but I really just wanted my money back. Never got it..

This place is a train wreck, the cashiers seemed to have no knowledge of the menu or how to do their job. The manager had to help me with everything. They messed up on all 3 of my orders whether it be forgetting the order completely to getting my original order wrong. I guess this is what I get for trying to eat healthy.

I love going to Zoe's Kitchen! Everything I have ever gotten is so good. Just which they delivered to my house which is only about 3 miles away.

Zoe's has been my go-to place for close to 10 years. Always had great food and service no matter the location from Tulsa to Panama City Beach, FL. So today's bad experience was unexpected. But it all seemed to stem from the fact they were totally slammed with to-go and delivery orders and they couldn't begin to keep up. We got there at noon and placed our order intending to eat outdoors. It was dirty and we had to get someone to clean a table for us and while we were there guests were bussing their own tables and dirty plates were piling up at the bussing station next to our table. After waiting for more than 30 minutes I went inside to check on our food and was told the kitchen hadn't started our order and couldn't say when it would be ready. I said to cancel it and requested a refund which was processed by the manager. I didn't understand how the "overpayment" slip which didn't reference our credit card was a refund and the manager's assurance that even though it didn't make sense to me I should trust him, didn't quite have the desired effect. So I said I'd prefer either cash or something that actually showed the amount was being refunded to my credit card to which he replied, "that ain't happening". So I said "I'm not coming back here again" and hd said " ok". I'm laughing now but honestly never once did anyone apologize for our wait or inconvenience. And I wasn't the only one asking for a refund at that moment. I'll probably be back but my husband won't because Zoe's was my place not his and he was pretty ticked off.

This Zoe’s is incredible! The general manager is so accommodating! Over-the-top customer service, great atmosphere, and of course awesome food!
