With all due respect, the cashier lacks experience....The one who gave us only eggs without tortilla, without cheese, without beans, without bananas and we had to pay for everything separately... He gave us terrible service...

This place is incredible. The menu is tough to navigate but the food does not disappoint. Everyone at our table of four was pleasantly surprised at their entree.The TVs could be turned down and the music is unnecessary with all the other audio in the room. But would still come back for that great food.Can't wait to try breakfast.

The food is good, but the owner guy always has this face. Not friendly or welcoming! Every time I have come in he always gives me this look. So to say the least. I have lost us as costumers. I’ll go spend my $$ somewhere were atmosphere is more welcoming.The owner is not very friendly and I think he is Christian. The times he did he gives us a strange look. Not very pleasant and NOT friendly! The food tastes good. I think that if you want customers to return, especially those who pay $, the owner should have a better face and treatment. I don't think I will eat at your restaurant again.

Loved eating at Quetzal. The atmosphere is fun and the service was friendly and fast. The food is flavorful and very filling. Can't wait to come here again!

It was good. I had the scrambled eggs, black beans and fried plantains. All delicious. But the black beans were more like a liquified version. No solid beans in it. More like a gravy. Plantains were delicious. Husband got the #3 combination that had a meat in it. Thin pan fried beef. Delicious. We ate every bite. The only cons are they had three TVs going with sound and it was distracting.

They charged me 6.49 dollars as a tip... that's why it seemed a bit expensive to me... that didn't seem right to me... they gave me some prices and then on the receipt they came out more expensive... I don't recommend it... nothing nothing...

Great price for the quality / amount of food you get. I usually get this meal in Miami and it costs 30+ and here it's 15. Great sauce on the steak ! I've tried so many times to make but cannot get it right but they do ! Try it ! It's amazing !
