I've only been here twice. Both times, it has been clean and put together. The first time was great, the employee checking me out was friendly and sociable, the smoothie was lovely. I went again today and wasn't greeted, everyone working there acted like I was an inconvenience. No one likes their job but you still have to put on a customer service face. Would give one star but the food is always great.

I was greeted with a “what you need?” At the register. I ordered a smoothie and watched them proceed to take a dirty lid out of a sink full of dishes where they just dumped a few more and give it a 1 second rinse with water then put it on the blender. Ive frequented this location for sometime now and its always seemed very poorly ran. It's probably time for me to move on. Very likely some health code violations here. Gross all around.

Pretty sick and tired of the only smoothie place on the block, Everytime you go into order the older lady wants to sigh and roll her eyes and be all mad we are in trying to buy a smoothie. Service is horrible and when you ask about foods you get no help. Probably not coming back. Sucks because i try to get a couple smoothies a week and I’m always buying for my coworkers.
The female staff was busy! Not much on communication. I did get what I asked for and left.

Great food and smoothies but horrible service today 11/9/23 I didn’t get any service from the people working there and when I was trying to get someone’s attention they straight up ignored me and walked away. I love this place but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap as a salad instead and then they gave it to me in a wrap, I told the person to not unwarp the wrap and put it in a bowl because I have a gluten allergy and he still put it in the bowl and then gave it to me all soggy. Horrible experience here.

I placed an online pick up order here. Tried to have some grace for the wait time because they had been slammed with a large online order. But then I back to work and my hummus veggie wrap with no picked onions was a carribean jerk wrap with picked onions and spice. I was not able to return for them to remake it - wish they would've offered to reimburse my wrap since I couldn't eat it! Definitely a disappointing lunch!
