Managers or supervisor walks by our booth to take orders out to drive thru...never once spoke or asked was everything to our satisfaction or good? No contact at all. Wanted to tell them our 1st experience here was Terrific. Spent over $30
The food is always good here, especially the original wings and tenders. Customer service just now was absolutely terrible. Like above and beyond awful. Train your staff not to mumble into the microphone and then get upset at me because I can’t understand what they’re saying. All customer service like please and thank you versus having your food shoved out you at the drive-through window. I love those things!The boneless wings are amazing, especially the sweet and hot sauce ones.Next time I think I'll get the one with both the wings and the tenders, that would have more food.The fries could be slightly more crispy.
