When ordering from their bulk item menu, it is deceiving. Before I placed my order I talked to one of the caterer personnel to make make sure I was ordering enough. I was told the 48 oz rice would feed 12-15 people. Perfect. Well I ordered both rice and beans in 48 oz. Containers were small so I got home and weighed the items. The beans came out to 39.0 oz and the rice was 33.8 oz. Called and spoke to a manager and was informed it is based off of liquid oz. That the expectation is each person eats 3oz of food. Not sure how you sell and item based off of ounces and don't weigh it. You just use a container and call it good. Perhaps just use the small, medium, large container method instead of a "weighted" guessing method. Considering the rice was 14.2 oz short of the weight stated and the beans 9 oz short. Disappointed to say the least. Will not use them in future for feeding groups of people.
Got single fajitas to go and it was a much smaller meat portion. Filled the box up onions, peppers, and lime. The taste is great just getting much smaller portions than
