I made an online order for delivery from All American’s website. The delivery was not made properly. I called, and immediately got a defensive response about how the delivery was Doordash, even though the website does not specify this. All American would not make it right. This has been my go to pizza place for several years, but I will never order from here again.

I placed an order online and arrived to pick up my order at the indicated time. My order was supposed to be ready at 6pm, however, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. OK, I get it. They get busy and sometimes delays are inevitable. I can live with that. I wish I could say that was the only issue. Unfortunately, it was notWhat I don't understand is if I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my order to be ready than why was the entire order cold? Not lukewarm, but downright cold. Also, one of the pizzas inspite of being cold was very, very, well done. Additionally, I ordered their cheesy bread along with two extra dipping sauces, that I paid extra for. The extra sauces were missing from my order. Overall a very disappointing experience. While waiting for my order I noticed that one of the guys working in the kitchen had long unkempt hair and no hair net. While I was telling my wife about this my granddaughter let's out an EEW and pulls a long hair off of her cold pizza. OK, so cold food is one thing, an incomplete order is another but hair in the food is just plain disgusting, especially when the employees should be wearing hair nets or something similar.

This place is a hit or miss , mustang location serves a lot better. On the few occasions where you do get your order correctly it’s hot & fresh. Otherwise most times your order is given away, never made or served as if it’s been reheated a few times. Very unorganized, no apologies and given the famous speech of “ oh I’ll let the owners know”. Have a plan B “ DOMINOS”
Great location! There's a girl that works the counter who is amazing, sweet, informative, friendly, efficient... idk her name but she's great. I've noticed a big difference in this store since she's been there.

Ordered from this location by accident (Door Dash seemed to pick this one and I didn't catch it). The difference between this location's quality and the other 3 I order from (depending where I am) is night and day.The crust was seriously undercooked (thin crust) and soggy like a school pizza. The cheese was also undercooked and almost "chalky". It literally tasted and felt like a microwave pizza.
