“The food is good. Multiple menu options, fresh, editable, and enjoyable. The food is always good and is one of my favorite chicken places in the area. So many options and they sometimes add some new things every once in a while. There are also some great drink choices, several sauces to dip your food in as well. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is ok but not the best. This is a good location, if you are in the area it is a good place to go. I haven’t really been to Popeyes but I’m going to say this is beating a Popeyes on my side of town.“

“This is a pretty convenient location, especially if you are driving down Reno. The bathrooms are clean, and the store is generally clean. I love the selection of drinks, although I'm an unsweetened iced tea fan, which they offer. The employees have been nice, even though they are terribly busy. This location is usually swamped. The parking lot can be extremely busy and dangerous, as it seems most people don't pay attention when they are walking or backing out of a parking space. The do have quite a few fuel pumps, so at least you won't have to wait too terribly long to gas up and go.“
“Some of these reviews are silly. I eat here at least once a week. Store is clean. Food always good unless its around closing. As with any place, you gamble how long food has set at temp. If you strike up a convo like good old Americans used to...you'd find out these people are awesome. They even did a special splash for me for a NFL party. Fish and chicken tenders are my go-to. I'd rather eat here that KFC (unless it's for a chicken sandwich). BTW...servings are o-mazing for the price!Get you some!“
“This was our first visit. We were warmly greeted by Jonathan upon entry and he was patient while we reviewed the menu. Short time later we received our food piping hot. The chicken was good but I would have liked some of the fry seasoning applied. Fries were good as was the gravy and Mac & Cheese. I would suggest adding more pepper to the gravy and Mac & Cheese. Otherwise the restaurant was clean, friendly and well organized. Finally, if you get cold easily, take a jacket as it’s quite cold.
