We ate there today. I put our order in at 1:50pm and we got our food at 2:31pm. We had to wait 40 minutes to get 2 cheese burgers and 2 fish meals. When they gave me the food it was all cold. I was told that they would remake the food and give me a refund which I did not ask for. After they remade the food she brought 4 10% off coupons instead of the refund. I let her know that I was told I was getting a refund. They finally gave me the refund. I got the food to the table only for the burgers to be wrong, so I had to go back and have them made again. I will not be back.

I went through the drive thru at 7:05pm. I was behind two cars. I got up to the window and still had to wait a while for my food. Also didn’t get handed my drink the whole time I waited on food. I finally got my food about 7:40pm. Waited a few more minutes on my drink, honked my horn but got ignored. There was about 5 or 6 cars behind me that had been waiting as well, so I pulled around to the front and went inside to get my drink. I understand being short handed but nothing was said by the associates and the female was just standing there waiting on food to help drive thru but maybe she should’ve been helping in the back with making food, since there were no customers in lobby. Just poor service. You go through the drive thru for quick service. No one should have to wait 35 minutes in the drive thru and then still have to go inside because their order wasn’t complete.

Every table dirty, had to get wet towel because they ignored request. Hateful attitude from servers. Fountain area I stocked and sticky. No cups for tartar sauce and ketchup pump was broken.Order took twenty minutes to receive.

The table wasn't very clean, and they had absolutely no napkins, which is a must for the fried foods as it was a little greasy.

First entered the store, looked ok. Ordered my food and waited near the drink station which I noticed was filthy along with the sauce dispensers. Waited 25 minutes., then asked for a refund. Horrible service. Love LJS when it's good, but I never got any good to rate. Disappointed.
Came here for dinner, after waiting 15 minutes for my order, ended up getting refund, apparently people were waiting over 30minutes to try to get food and the manager had no apologies for me or the other multiple people who got refunds
