9/24I’ve update my review for a couple reasons. 1st is that the GM Christopher called me shortly after I posted my initial review and was very apologetic. He asked me questions about the issues we had. He offered to buy our next meal the next time we came in. I love the integration with their app so I can sit at a table to order and have my food brought to the table, rather than standing in line. We were there for lunch on a Sunday and it was BUSY. The line to order at the counter was all the way out to the door! Even still, we placed the order from the table through the app and it was brought out in the same amount of time that I would expect from another sit-down restaurant. The staff is always nice here, always multiple cashiers, each asking if I've ordered/ am ready to order and being patient while I browse the menu. There was a small wait but the atmosphere was lovely and all the families coming in for lunch were happy to wait and socialize.
