The most important thing is that they don't know how to make sushi! The prices are overpriced, the service leaves much to be desired, be prepared that you may not put something of what you ordered, so I recommend checking before taking your order, they did not put us chopsticks and did not even put napkins. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Management should reconsider who cooks and how to cook, and bad service to competitors in the hands of competitors.

My family arrived at 8:30 p.m. on March 16th at the Yukon location to eat dinner. We ordered our drinks and sat down at a table. Then your employees bring our food to go and we said we are eating here. They said oh we close at 15 minutes and we're not allowing people to eat in the dining room. Your employees were more interested in getting the store closed that serving your customers. This type of service will prevent us from future business. I'm even tempted to leave a review if this situation is not handled properly. We weren't even allowed to use our rewards because we were eating at the restaurant. I can't believe in today's time employees would not want to service customers that are spending money in your business. We ordered drinks and everything expecting to have an in restaurant dining experience.

The girl at the register very nice and cute. Discovered they don't just have sushi. Very pleased with the mandarin orange chicken on the Wok'd menu.

The indescript packaging coupled with the self-serve ordering left a bit to be desired. What I ordered was not what I received. The food was okay but I wouldn't say it made an impression.

The assistant manager, Shana, (not sure if that is the correct spelling) is very unprofessional.I am missing food in my to go order tonight. I live on the other side of Yukon which would cause my other food to get cold by having to go back up to the Yukon location to get my missing food. I asked if the food could be remade since we wouldn’t be able to eat it hot due to having to collect our other missing food.She refused but said I could get a refund for our missing food. She also said she wouldn’t be able to refund my money tonight because it's just too busy and it wouldn’t be until the morning until she refunded my money. The store was completely empty and I feel she was retaliating because I asked her to remake the food so we could eat all of our food hot. Our food was requested to have no onions and every entree had onions in it. This is completely unacceptable behavior of a manager and the refund should have been immediate. Unbelievable. She acted like I was a bother and she flat out didn’t care. You can do better Ninja!

Miso was watered down with no flavor even a full soy sauce packet could not help. Lettuce in “house salad” was old, along w browned lettuce and carrots; didn’t come with dressing and it was $6. I received a refund and they were lovely. Subpar sushi but I expected that.

I ordered the Cowboy Roll and I received a tempura roll which is fine, no big fuss. I've worked in food before and I know the struggle of going through a rush. I walked to the counter and asked if i could get my cowboy roll that i ordered. The employee who was helping me was very kind and offered to grab her manager to help. As the manager approached, I noticed a strong smell of marijuana (which is fine, i also indulge in cannabis occasionally lol but others may not think the same as i do) but what had bothered me was the lack of customer support. I understood that they were busy at the time but it was no excuse for how i was treated. She told me that that was i ordered and i wasn't going to get a refund. I never asked for a refund. I then showed her my receipt for the cowboy roll next to the tempura roll and she just sighed and rolled her eyes, asked one of the other employees to make it, and stormed off to the back. I wasn't sure what i did wrong as i thought i was kind. After a while she came back in and kept flashing me dirty looks. Maybe i'm thinking about it too much but it was quite unsettling. Maybe about a month later i return because i'm not going to hold a grudge, (she may just had been having a bad day) and i order my cowboy roll as usual. While i do receive my cowboy roll on the first try, as i'm looking over from my booth i watch the manager sneeze(in the direction of the food), wipe her nose on her sleeve and then continuing handling the customers food without washing her hands. I don't think I'll return to this location again. If there's one thing i won't tolerate, it's germs. I felt sick and threw the rest of my food away. after looking at other reviews, i realized that this wasn't uncommon and others have also witnessed similar things. I honestly feel sick just thinking about it. That is extremely hazardous especially in this cold weather with all of this sickness spreading around. I will be warning others of this location and i will not be returning until it's fixed or under new management. thank you for your time in reading this. I hope you can understand my thoughts and frustration from my experience at this location. thank you.
