This Starbucks is our Starbucks of choice and sometimes it’s very frustrating because the app isn’t working but this morning the app was working and when we got to the drive-in there were six cars in front of us who each drove up to the window and left that quickly. When we pulled up our product was waiting. The experience was seamless, pleasant and started our morning without frustration. We had to let you all know. Thank you to the team!! There is a lack of consistency when getting drinks here. Staff is mostly nice and friendly. At times, there can be a long delay waiting for your drink, whether in the store or in the drive thru.

The caramel drizzle was expertly swirled, creating a beautiful and delicious masterpiece. It was clear that they took great care and pride in their work.What truly stood out was the exceptional service they provided. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor made my visit to Starbucks feel like more than just a coffee run; it felt like a special experience. They took the time to chat with me, ask about my day, and make sure I was satisfied with my drink. I absolutely love going here. Brooks's service is impeccable. I left with a smile and sunshine. Brooks was like a shot of expresso. He brightened up the lobby with his smile and i wanted to come back every day. however, one time i didnt get brooks and I got a short man with brown hair instead. I ended up with my drink on the floor because i threw it there. it tasted bad. but when brooks made it it was so good. i dont like short brown hair kid.

Very customer oriented. I had forgotten what a friend likes in his drink. And the employee had a great idea to put sweet cream in a cup by itself, just in case. Which was perfect because the drink needed sweet cream. Lol Thank you for being great!
