“Very poor service. I was there at 6 a.m. , ordered my drink and waited and waited. When I asked after 10 minutes why I didn't have my drink yet, the girl told me that there was a problem with the machine. Then she called the shift supervisor who started to fix it. After more than 15 minutes and no explanation or apology, I finally got my drink. Still no apology or explanation. Moreover, the shift supervisor was upset with me that I was unhappy!! Strange ..... and very disappointed.“

The cheese burger was nothing special and not something I would order again, but it wasn't bad by any means. The chicken on rice though? Jesus Christ that thing slapped. It was soooo good. When they first brought the dish over, it looked exactly like something I had received at Osmow's previously (but smaller), so I instinctively gagged a little, but it ended up being incredible. I would definitely recommend it and order it myself. Their pricing is fantastic too, you'd be looking at the $10-11 range for a single serving of any rice dish.“

“Last week had the best Johnny's burger ever. This week was the worst ever. They changed the pickles to some little round ones that are tough with rinds and stems and I had to spit them out. The bun was tough and chewy also. Don't know what happened because it is usually good and I have been coming here since 1978. I will still go back though. “This was my first time visiting The Burger Alley. The menu is Harry Potter inspired and all the names are so fun. We had the Sirius Black and the Dragons Kiss, a side of Alley fries and a deep fried Mozzarella piece. The owner's were so nice and welcoming. There is a huge window from where you can actually see into the kitchen and you will see how clean their kitchen and surroundings are. Will definitely go back and even suggest to my family and friends.“

Honestly it could be spicier, you mostly just tasted the jalapeño flavour, not really the heat.
