First time at this location - upon walking in I noticed how clean the entire store was, both customer facing and behind the counter. Great selection of ice creams. Beautiful cakes in the freezer section, my kids loved the winter themed cakes. Also, the first time anyone has ever asked if my kids wanted a sample of the ice cream flavour they had chosen (they are young and sometimes change their mind), excellent customer service. The man behind the counter introduced himself as the owner, he was very professional and provided great customer service. Ice cream was perfect temperature, it didn't melt right away and the layered sundae was made to perfection. Will be returning and highly recommend this location as well!

This place gets a five star every time. The customers are going crazy in there with all the flavours but the employees never bothered by it. Always happy faces and yes sir and yes mam. You want icecream ? Then this is the place to go to. And always stacked of flavours.

The “one scoop sundae” is $6 for a tiny kids sized scoop… I asked and that’s apparently how they do it now. This is literally a third of the amount of icecream they used to give. I get that inflation is a thing, but they’re already charging more… Pictured with a kids lime sorbet. I get that it’s a chain but that price for how much is ridiculous. First world problems lol but I’m so mad!!!
