I ordered the 2 for 1 Oxaca bowl and thought it was great until I was eating some of it and noticed I was chewing on a small piece of plastic. I was horrified. Luckily I noticed it and didn't swallow it. I don't think I will be ordering from here again.

I just got a Cobb salad and they gave me maybe a hand full of lettuce. The portions here are so small. I love freshii but the one in Oshawa is SO much better. I’m done giving this location my money. Horrible portion sizes it’s embarassing.

It was my first time coming here, and honestly, the best experience ever. I tried the Buddha's Satay bowl, and it was very filling and delicious. Staff are friendly and the music suits the atmosphere. It's relatively empty for the most part (I went on a Monday afternoon). If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Love trying all the salads at Freshii! I ordered the chicken pokii bowl and the server was very accommodating with my changes and additional toppings. Service was great and the food was really tasty!

Been going here for years, and I'm not sure if there are new owners, but the vibe in here is just miserable. No one looks like they want to be here. I also asked for a little extra sauce on my bowl after I had already paid, and they said they would have to charge me. I get it, I run my own business too, but sometimes you do something for the customer and in return, you get more business. Likely won't be coming back to this location.

Very rude after accepting order they called and told me to cancel it as there was a delay pick up. The person who called was forcing me to cancel the order from my side even though I told her I will be charged as it’s showing as ready for pick up. Very rudely the person told me to do whatever I want. Very unprofessional and their poor rating make so much sense.

They got my order completely wrong, I noticed when I got home.They asked me to return to the store, gave me the " correct" order.I came home to find my salad wrong, yet again. Not only that, they forgot one of the ingredients ( black beans). I did not bother calling them back because it is now 4 hours after I ordered my meal.Disappointed !!!!
About two years ago I noticed I was getting a lot less food for the same price. It's almost like they were instructed to put less food in the bowls. I've been to a few other locations and I get almost double the portion size!!Otherwise, lovely people every time I come in to get my order and the food is tasty.

I had athe Mediterranean bowl... terrible! Sparse lettuce and other "fresh" items. Sauce was too much and didn't taste good. My Asian friend had the Buddha noodle bowl and just ate a few bites. Didn't like it either. Veggies on it didn't look fresh at all
