Just stayed here for March break with my kids. And we had a great experience. The pool was awsome and the restaurant was yummy for breakfast. Clean, close to the 401, front entrance is open and bright. Loved how they almost always had fruit flavoured water in the entrance. They gave us a late checkout, but didn’t communicate this to room service. Would stay here again.

Room was fine. The pool and hot tub was out of service on the second day because "a lot of people were using it" which seems to me the point of the amenity. This was frustrating because we stayed with our two children and the pool was why we booked this location. We were also charged $5 for water we didn't drink, which I had to call and have them remove. Overall it was fine but wouldn't recommend. Not the best customer service either.
