It’s just meh, the store smells old and stale, not like a fresh doughnut bakery. Lady at the front desk was passive and unpleasant. Doughnut was not great just taste like Tim’s quality.

This place was a great place before COVID, with the previous owners. Now, it closes at 5. It's a donut store it should stay open longer than that, and they always have nothing left. On many occasions, I have come in on a Saturday at 2 pm and nothing is left. There is still 3 hours left of being open and nothing is left. Ridiculous!! When you call to voice your views, the owner has nothing but excuses. Very disappointing!! The previous owners were open until 7 and always offered 1/2 priced donuts 1 hr before closing. So disheartening!!!???

Anytime I come by, there are no donuts left. I’m hoping it’s because they sell out, but I’ve visited more than once and the inventory was minimal to nothing. I’d love to try the donuts as many people seem to review them highly. I must have visited at times where they sold out. I’d happily change my review rating as soon as I can try their donuts.

Bought a dozen donuts after hearing about it on Durham eats. I can tell you that every single donut we got was incredibly stale! I cannot believe the price they charge for stale donuts. On the dipped donuts the icing was literally all chipping off the top, leaving just some stale hard dough. I seriously cannot believe my husband paid so much to bring home literal garbage. I would feel INCREDIBLE shame selling people this garbage! The Dutchie was the least stale of them all but actually contained 4 raisins! I counted. 4. I honestly am sitting here completely shocked they are selling those donuts in that stake state. I wouldn't take these donuts even if they were gifted for free. Wow.

i’ve only been here a few times simply for their Eclairs. they are my favourite. always fresh, the size of them are so big and they’re just so delicious.

Would give 1 star but giving an extra for the sake I had ordered using Uber eats and maybe that could have affected my experience. Ordered two donuts as most reviews are decent. Both were so stale! I even tried to toss em in the microwave for a few seconds to soften them up but ended up tossing them both out.Personally, I won’t be purchasing again but glad others had a good experience.

I love the homey feel of Hollywood Donuts - just good coffee and good food! The staff are very nice and would recommend new offers if they're available. Good hangout if you want to meet your friends and family, have some donuts or light sandwich!

The owners are so lovely and the place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.They really take the time to get to know their customers and their orders. You feel so welcome anytime you enter this place. HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty muffin and a hot cappuccino!
