We love Makimono, the lunch ayce is great, they don't take items off their menu (like sashimi) like some other ayce places. Service is good, the ladies are efficient and the bots are cute. Atmosphere is fair, quiet usually. The food is good, the only thing I didn't like was that the wasabi is old and tasteless. For someone who REALLY likes wasabi, this was very disappointing. Also the lunch prices here are very inflated compared to other local ayce places.

Food was okay at best, but I found a fly that came out of my soy sauce bottle?? Furthermore, the service was atrocious: The order comes late or just doesn't come, and when we brought it up with them, they gave us attitude by asking if we want to order like 20 or 30 of them now. I'm pretty sure if you order twice, the one that you ordered the first time will never come.

It's so disappointing that mayonnaise is now in so many of the maki rolls. It's disgusting and I think I will stop eating sushi all together as a result. Service is electronic, yet you are still expected to add tips when you pay!! Redonkulous!!

Honestly I used to really like this place but my friends and I have had food poisoning the last two times here. This is the only meal we all had and we got sick almost immediately after. Probably not gonna risk it again.

Go there every Sat night for all you can eat. Have been going for 12 years straight. Ordered something I did not like so I left it. Manager came to clear our plates and rudely asked why I didnt eat it and I told her I didnt like it. She very rudely told me DONT ORDER more. We didnt order anything else and left! We were in shock! I am a server myself and have never experienced such poor customer service! We will not be returning!!!! We have spent ALOT of $$$ there over the years and to be talked to like that! Shame on them!!! Too bad cause their staff are amazing! Will find a new sushi place for our Sat nights!!
