Uber delivered but delivery was timely. Super small wings and overly sauced and under cooked. Had to cook them myself. Pizza that was orders well done was raw. Manager at the store told me to take it up with Uber!!! Seriously and she was super rude and accepting of no responsibility. I’m over this restaurant. Not ordering ever again

I’ve had a great experience from papa John’s Ajax. I have been ordering pizza from the store since I moved in. I’ve always ordered pizza with creamy garlic side.and it was simply awesome apart from that the delivery was super quick. I really appreciate them for their outstanding

The food’s good but staff may need to get better, they behave like clowns. I really got disrespected here, like i was walking into store and just spoke few words in english and they started laughing specially the girl( all were Indians so as i (which was a reason they started laughing) today is Friday march 15, 22:39 time would be better for someone at higher position to teach them some basic ethics and how a person is meant to be respected here, are you serious fr?. I hope they get to learn a lesson and respect everyone. Peace ? Let them know this is canada where code of civility actually means something.

Order a veggie pizza with there special crust , the pizza got delivered and the build was so bad that it was literally falling apart you can eat it on calling and sharing the pictures with the store . The rep told me that you should not have taken the slices out of the box. Then only they do any thing about it. PATHETIC PAPA

First of all customer service at the Ajax location is terrible. Called about my uber delivery that was wrong and they told me to contact uber ans hung up on me! Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star in order to write this review. Now let's get to the reason for this review. I was my daughter birthday and she wanted pizza, decided to order from here for the first time. Pizza came on time. The pizza was cold stale, the meat was crusty and old. I ordered a 16inch and received almost a 14inch. What a waste of my money. I work hard for my money. When I spend my money I should be able to enjoy what I used it for. I didn't know Papa John's was in to robbing their customers. Do yourself a favor and never order from them.
