Amazing good and place. We tried this place out for the first time last night and everything about it was wonderful. The service. The food. Everything was perfect.The chicken skewers, the Vietnamese spring rolls, and the fried tofu were "chef's kiss".We tried their Chicken Pho (spicy) and crispy noodles with seafood. OMG! The texture. The flavours. The quality. Everything was spot on. The food was so good that it was in a long time that our table of 5 was quiet, cos we were so busy slurping down our food. ?The service was fast and friendly. I think it was the owner who was also serving. She was so bloody efficient. Food came out pretty quickly and, it was hot and delicious.We are.definitely going back.

Disappointed, we ordered pho, two types of spring rolls, fried shrimp and shrimp skewers. The pho came out the noodles were thick wet noodles not the traditional pho noodles. Beyond the fact they are not traditional and we were not given a choice they were over cooked and mushy to the point we were unable to pick them up with chopsticks. We tried to just eat it but it was horrible. I politely let the server know that I am unable to eat the noodles because they were mushy and over cooked. She proceeded to tell me that they are the best pho restaurant in this area, and didn’t offer me a menu or ask me if I would like to order something else. The other people I was with also couldn’t eat the noodles. She came over and proceeded to tell me she is the owner and can’t fire the chef cause it’s hard to find another. I was taken back. I will also add the spring rolls both veggies and the meat ones were mushy and the sauce was bitter like vinegar not sweet at all. Over all disappointing experience and unfortunately won’t go back. I will say the server told us she was the owner apologized and didn’t charge for 2 of the noodle soups how ever we spent 60$ and left hungry and disappointed.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Phomono Vietnamese Cuisine on multiple occasions, and I must say, their Pho is nothing short of delightful. The flavors are rich, and the broth is simply exquisite. I highly recommend sampling their various Pho options as they are truly outstanding.The restaurant itself is impeccably clean with inviting interiors, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. However, I’ve found some of their non-Pho dishes, such as Thai Curries and Rice varieties, to be rather average in comparison. Additionally, the frequent price increases make the overall dining experience quite expensive.It’s worth noting that many negative reviews seem to stem from food delivery experiences, but I would recommend enjoying Pho-like dishes for dine-in only to fully appreciate their flavors and textures.

Pho Ingredients were going bad and turning brown. Spring rolls were mushy and gross and beef brisket was not tender, gave 3 tiny pieces very small portion and nothing special. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else. I know I will next time for the price wasn’t worth it.

"I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered a large beef and tendon soup. However, I was disappointed to find that the portions of beef and tendon were very small. Additionally, the two pieces of tendon were cooked too soft for my liking. Overall, I was not satisfied with the soup and will not be buying it from this restaurant again. I'm now on the lookout for a good Pho soup place in Ajax."
The broth is very light, the brisket tasted like it had frost burn or similar. Not returning.

Food and Atmosphere was great, place was clean to eat as well.Customer service needs a lot of work or the place is understaffed. Not once were there any staff that was attentive to the table needs, no water refills or extra napkins were inquired or provided and the check was never brought to the table.

Got delivery through Doordash from Phomono tonight. Ordered 2 large house specials and spring rolls... Is it normal for the large pho's to be THIS SMALL?There's barely any noodles and literally no meat.... For $32+ tax for the 2 bowls... That's really disappointing.Not to mention the inside of the bag was drenched as you can see by the wet cardboard and soup at the bottom of the bag... and soup was in the bean sprout bag as well.Is this the quality of phomono??

Would give zero stars if I could. There were 4 of us, they only provided two plates and no cutlery. We had to get cutlery from the table next to us, they missed a dish we ordered, and then charged us for it and when we said we didn't get it, they argued with us saying we got it. Food is bad, service is horrible, skip this place and go to Pho Siagon down the road.
