we came in this location today at 2 .30 am , experience was very disappointing due to the disrespectful behaviour of the employee.Its better recommendations for the employees to greet customers well.Hopefully, Pizza Pizza takes feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure better service for future customers.

The pizza was good. Toppings were evenly spread, and the quantity of cheese was right. We were denied access to use the washroom by the person at the front (seemed like the owner of the store). He said it's being cleaned. We were there for good half hour and heard other customers requesting the washroom keys, but he denied saying the same thing!

I usually order pizzas from this location as this is close to my place and have had a good experience overall. The service is quick and the staff is nice too. The pizza is made well and I really enjoy it. I noticed that some of the toppings were less compared to the others but otherwise the taste is great!

I ordered large pizza and thin crust bread through Uber eats. I received medium size with regular bread. Uber charged me $82 just for medium pizza and 20 wings damn what a joke.

Just got the average pepperoni pizza about an hr later I was so sick and still am. I’m not sure if an ingredient was bad or what but I get the same pizza from every place and this is the only place I’ve ever had problems with…. Almost $40 for it to make me throw up…
I ordered veggie pizza, it came with lot of water and undercooked, I went to the cashier and he said this is how veggie pizza looks!?? Like I have never tried one!!! Worst service, I didn’t even eat pizza and threw in the garbage. People are paying money and not even getting decent food ! I would never go

I don’t leave reviews but this is the worse service I have ever gotten. Got a medium pizza delivered - a simple cheese pizza and it was wrong. For waiting as long as I did they could’ve done something to compensate me but no. Understandable everyone makes mistakes, but it’s not my fault. They could have done a simple upsize that would cost them a couple cents for me waiting an hour and a half.

Very last time at this location, we order from here every weekend and this time, we decided to go in. The cashier was rushing us to order, then when I asked him to repeat the order back to me, he said yes I got it. I left and had to go back for a receipt as he was focus on the customer behind . When we receive the receipt, the order was WRONG!Never again! A very simple thing as allowing your guest time to order andrepeating the order to ensure it was correct was such a hassle for them here, and I am pretty sure I know why, but that's a different conversation .

I had my worse pizza in 40 years since the pizza pizza in Markham delivered a pizza with green tomatoes. This pizza showed lack of respect to maker and customer. Toppings were distributed unevenly, who ever cut the pizza clearly is a person with no concern or pride. The Italians would cry a such a disgraceful pizza. The people running the store have absolutely no knowledge of Italy and its heritage. Absolutely a disgraceful event. NEVER AGAIN. PIZZA NOVA MAKES A GREAT PIZZA, FROM NORTH YORK TO AJAX AND BEYOND.

I was craving for pizza but this was my worst experience of pizza of this location harwood ajax the guy who prepared n took our order seems to be very frustrated and was rude too in taking order. The pizza he made was horrible in taste as well the cheese u can see is just lying above crust I added pics for review. Guys don’t waste ur money here in getting horrible pizzas
