This is one of the worst places to order if you’re using Uber. After I placed my order of five subs, I had called the store and ask them to mark the subs, due to allergy issues with my kids. Not only did they not mark them, but they added additional toppings which weren’t included in my selection which my kids are allergic to. When I called the store, because clearly this was not an Uber problem they offered no help. Said they would call me back and no call back, no answer when I call back. Stay as far away as possible!! They clearly do not care about their customers. A lawsuit will soon be coming on them as my kid could’ve died if I didn’t open up the sub to see what was inside ?

So stingy with the toppings its crazy

I’ve been here several times due to proximity to home. Each time I vow it’s the last time. Service is slow & painful. They are super cheap with their toppings, they try to cheap out on everything. The owner, a man, sits and watches the girl or girls as they *slowly* do all the work. Customers are lined up waiting while one of his girls makes him a sub to eat - selfish & unacceptable. Bread is old, crumbly and stale & toppings are not good quality. Don’t even think about a meatball or pizza sub, you’ll be lucky for a teaspoon of sauce. All around this location should be avoided. Subway at the Brock Rd. Plaza in Pickering or the Harwood & Hwy 2 plaza are great.

The Indian lady works extremely slow, the way she walks, the way she makes salads, and the way how she was handling cash, EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! She can't move fast enough just like other subway employees should. If I had to describe how slow she was moving, it's worst than a turtle and/or a snail.I wish there was a -1 STAR to put it.The next time you guys come to this subway, watch clearly how she works and moves around serving customers.

Staff were storing cut bread in the hand washing sink behind the counter, while using that hand washing sink to wash utensils overtop of the bread.Edit- 2 pieces of aluminum foil was found embedded in the bottom of a bun. Another cross-contamination issue.In addition to unsafe food handling, most of the light fixtures were shut off. Unpleasant experience.

I must've called 30x around 1230am to place an order for pick up and the phone just rang and rang and rang. No one cared to pick up. I can understand the single worker may have been busy but I called over half an hour. This is

The manager just accused me and my partner of stealing $100 from the restaurant. He showed us pictures from the security tape and it was clearly not us. You couldn’t even see the dudes face in the photos and he was telling my partner that’s him. He is freakin crazy for confronting people like that. Call the cops to deal with it, you’re not batman. This was so inappropriate. The manager needs to learn to respect his customers.

Horrible service. Slow and understaffed. Was waiting for an uber eats pickup (which of course wasn't ready). Customers were filing in and having their orders taken and completed before mine. Just a complete and total lack of respect for delivery drivers. No apology, no complimentary beverage offered. Straight up unprofessional.

Lids of food items were all open.Did not look tidy or clean.Sandwich prepping staff did not even put sticker on sandwich after wrapping to hold it in place- the sandwiches were falling apart when took out of the bag.Staff did not greet the customers- low energy, lack of motivation.Will need some improvement.

Order online at your own risk. Take a look at the photo of the crispy chicken sandwich on their site and look at the photo I posted lol.. Soggy as hell and definitely not "crispy" That's what you're getting.

I like eating at subways but I got to be honest I was not impressed with how unsanitary this location is. The employee working had gloves but touched the bacon then proceeded to touch the rice and other toppings for people that don’t eat meat this is very unprofessional and should be fixed. I saw also the employee put a cookie back after a person returned and touching it.I hope they can fix it but I’ll be rethinking whether I should eat from subways ever again.

I ordered sub from your store through doordash. When i got it was cold. I opened it and see they didn’t toasted it and not even cheese melted. Very bad. I would never order again from you. You didn’t even put sauces. It taste disgusting.

I have ordered from uber 2 footlong subs with instructions for each topings and they have send me the food in which i can merely see the topings. I haven’t paid for only buns . Extremely disappointed
