These bagels are amazing. I think any negative reviews about the customer service at this place are pretty funny, because ALL you have to do is go in and be polite and respectful - and they will return the favour. They have many regulars to whom they've been catering to for years - and there is a reason for that. If you don't like the service, it's probably your own fault - These bagels are amazing.

Definitely will never come back. Ordered a super bagel slightly toasted. Charged me $1.00 to cut the bagel so total cost for 1 bagel was $5.00. when I complained, I was told by the man behind the counter to go elsewhere. To top it off, the bagel was terrible. Stale and burnt! NO NAME bagels taste better.Too bad I read the reviews after I went in. I noticed someone else complained a month ago and the Owner's response was take your business elsewhere.Wow is this customer service!

This place has my favourite bagels. They’re always so fresh and their customer service is great. Always a delicious experience. They also have a Wednesday half price for a dozen bagels which is a great deal for bagel lovers. I seldom go here for breakfast or lunch (for their Canadian back bacon sandwich), and definitely will recommend it.

Spent almost $10.00 for one bagel from a rude old woman who couldn’t count! Nope! Wayyyyy to expensive to tolerate zero customer service skills.The owner or old lady - not sure - argued profusely, almost shouting, because she could not add up! I believe you’ve worked hard - maybe it’s time to hire staff w customer service skills ?
