This location is has the best customer service and takeout options always available. The morning rush-hour staff, especially in the drive-through are amazing, efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always welcoming and going above and beyond making sure that those are rush-hour is crazy at that time, my order is made right away and always welcoming us with a smile no matter what the chaos is going on. I always come here and I love my morning commute by starting off with a cup of coffee at this location.

They messed up our order and all of the women working at the window at 11 am were giving us attitude when we corrected them, we could literally play it back from the recording from our car to prove what we said. Rolling eyes, steering and carrying on. Literally the worst!We normally go at 6 am after Gym and that lady is so good, should have her train these people.

I hear all the time from friends how bad the service is at this location. I up until today didn't agree. I visit at least once a day. Today I was clear about my order and when I got to the window it was not correct. Then when it was corrected I was not changed for what I asked for. I did fell that the attitude was not fair either. Then when returned to to work to eat my lunch it was also incorrect. I called the store and was told Managers leave before 2 pm each day. No spoon for Chili. Bun with a side of oil. Done and not going back. I'll find another store.

My Server was perfect she had a great personality and gave my experience a thumbs up.But the donuts weren't all made which narrowed my choices.And the price was high for same donuts I used to buy within the dozen price, eg blueberry dutchie was $1.17 per serving and not included in the dozen package.
Bacon Farmers wrap.. why do you always do my dirty. Tastes delicious but 1-2hours after I get nauseous.. and of course the ever famous fountain of liquid.Anyways, I’ll see you next week for another cleanse.

This is the slowest Tim Hortons EVER. Every single time I order at the counter it takes them 25 minutes to make, not only that, they have gotten my order wrong the past 4 times I have gone. If you’re going to take THAT long to make my food, at least make it right?? SLOWEST EVER.
