The girl who works the morning shift gives off so much attitude. The speaker sometimes cuts off and she is so unbelievably rude when you can’t hear her or correct her when she says the order wrong. Dealing with that first thing in the morning is not a good start to the day.
The Westney Rd Ajax location has had there rewards program reader broken for longer than it should. Further prior to that they really upset me as they scanned my phone (I didn't realize this till later) 1 of my coffee's should have been free but the girl charged me for one when she shouldn't have.
