Pre-ordering on the app is the way to go when ordering in the restaurant. Prepare for a long wait if you don't. Priority seems to be only for the drive-thru.

The drive thru is open until 11 pm but everytime I go after 10 they are not serving Ice capp, wonder what’s happening there ? Everyday the system goes down after 10 or they close it themselves??

Ice cap machine is always down!Recently went here ordered a bagelThese people have shameful attitude , this guy at the drive through throws food literally as if you’re a dog or something , last time I complained manager called me and offered me a replacement meal and she never responded about how to redeem and what not.Stay away if you want better foodThey have some nasty cofffee as well

Horrible service.i went through the drive thru at 2 pm to get 3 Bagels and crossoints.they were out of products at 2 pm.and the lady in the other end she was really rude and speaking to her coworkers in their own language while she was taking my order.

The lady at the drive thru wearing a hijab at the time 7:30 AM on Friday was extremely rude like I do not understand why one person has so much attitude and i truly believe that some sort of action should be taken upon this continuous behaviour and this wasn’t the first time I encountered this because no one I mean no one should be treated like this, I asked for a break in so I can order an ice coffee on top of my order and the women was continuously showing attitude but on top of that refusing to take my order at the window at the end I asked what her name was and proceeded to tell me that it was “shanthini”.I felt like travelling through the india or pakistan because of their language.Manager and staff should speak English atleast front of customers ?

This Tim Hortons is the worst I have went to, the lady was very racist towards me I will never go back she needs to fired. She grabbed the coffee out of my hands, I had to go to the hospital because of the burns. I had to also miss work something needs to be done

I went there to get coffee but all the staff members were working only on drive thru making food and drinks nobody come at front. I’m also working at restaurant. We never let customers wait for more than 1 minute. And I didnot get coffee. It is acceptable if 2 person are there. On line there 7..8 people nobody came to for their customer. This is not hospitality. Manager should teach their staff how to treat you customers . Thanks
