Everyone working there is in rush. They care about moving drive through quickly without taking time to understand the customer ask.Asked for large fudge brownie latte as i won a hot beverage in roll up rim. Person taking order denied saying its only valid for coffee and handed me large coffee.Went back on my app to check offer details and it clearly said Any size Hot Beverage. Also tried doing mobile order to see if its only valid on coffee. Clearly I could have ordered Latte.Went back to restaurant clarify same thing, made us wait for 10 mins.

This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen. Employees are giggling amongst themselves. Was only 1 car ahead of me and took me 10 minutes to grab nothing but an iced capp… Management what are you doing?

I saw a lady there, clean her hands with the napkin, then put it in my order so my customer can clean their hands. Very disgusting.

I bought 10 timbits, small double double and an apple fritter which costs about 6 bucks. I gave a 10 dollar bill AND THEN I got my food which I didn't realize. The window closed and at the time I didnt notice but they DIDNT EVEN GIVE MY CHANGE. The window worker didnt say anything either and I couldn't go back because I was going to be late for work. Thanks for stealing my $4 around 2pm on the 23rd. Bad service.

This store is a complete incompetent store. If you plan on walking in to order JUST DON'T! There can be a line up of 30 cars in the drive thru and only 2 people lined up inside and the drive thru will get served before the 2 inside get served. Tim Hortons as a whole complete sham since it was bought by US corps.

I was just at this location around 12:40pm today (Feb 9th) and am very disappointed in what I witnessed. One worker who was working on the drive through - I think I heard her name as Balla or Bella, I couldn’t get a good look at her name tag to confirm. She was a larger woman wearing red lipstick. She was SCREAMING at her coworkers for no reason, in front of the entire restaurant. Everyone dining there and waiting for their food was shocked. She was screaming at one worker specifically and one worker was trying to calm her down and got yelled at as well. I was there for at least 10-15 minutes while this was happening. I go to this location for my coffee almost every day and the workers being yelled at by this woman are always star workers and so kind. The woman was yelling things like “shut up you’re getting on my nerves” and questioning why the worker went in the back to grab something. All the workers and customers seemed to be very uncomfortable. If I go to this location again and see this worker there I will be leaving. No excuse to talk to anyone like this especially in front of all your customers. I feel so sorry for the other workers!

Hello TeamI have been seeing this lately at this tim hortons whenever I'm making cash payment staff is always returning less money back. Recently I ordered food on Feb 3 order#382order total was 10.83 and I gave $20bill and staff gave me back $7.15 instead of $9.15 and it's not first time this happened. I think store manager should look into this and try to resolve it as employees are following money thieving practices.

I had an very bad experience here all the tables are dirty when I ask for clean the table she said “ok I can do this only this time for you usually we are not doing in bz hours “ even though its not busy I got the everything twist It was uncooked and the lady said oh it is already made I can not do anything about so I decide to throw it because I don't want to eat raw dough

They rushed us, didn’t get our order in one go (they weren’t listening), put their hand out the window to stop us coming to the window probably to preserve their drive through time, and made us pull around for one drink. When we started driving realized the lid wasn’t on- terrible
