Lovely ambiance. Slightly disappointed that the pizza was not cooked in the charcoal oven, despite it being lit. Pizza was Chicago style, with a thick but light crust. I had an Aloha Joe, which was tasty. The other Pizza was a custom, and was not as tasty. Server was very friendly and the evening was enjoyable. Quite expensive for a small Pizza and two alcoholic drinks, especially as this is not the City.Wheelchair accessibility: I included a video of the access. The ramps to the restaurant are quite steep, but they do exist. Doorways are wide, and the corridors could accommodate a wheelchair. Certainly looks feasible for accessibility and the parking is very close to allow a drop-off at the entrance.

I have been coming to Joe’s for years and always had a great experience. Today we were served by Theresa and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. She took 20 minutes to come to our table, only to tell us that she needs another minute. She then came back another 10 minutes later to collect our order. We all ordered a pizza and drink and the food came quickly. She did not come back to take a second drink order or check in on our meal.I flagged her down to ask for a refill of my drink, to be told they don’t do refills, which is fine. I told her I would have an alcoholic drink and asked to see the drink menu. She never brought the drink menu. We flagged her down again 15 minutes later and she laughed and said she forgot to come back. I decided not to order a drink at this point as it was very frustrating. She only came back to make jokes about our conversation or to provide commentary on our subject of discussion, which was wildly innappropriate and frustrating to experience. She then proceeded to ask us if we want our bill, which was also brought to us incorrectly. She joked at this point “I am good at the start and it’s all downhill from there”.Overall horrendous experience with a server. I would have been a lot more patient and sympathetic if the restaurant was busy, but in this case she had 2 to 3 tables while we were there so there as no excuse.Food & drinks were fine otherwise.

Understaffed in the kitchen... Over an hour to get our lunch and when arrived a bit overdone. Not to the usual standards. However, our waitress was funny, charming and knowledgeable. The location is gorgeous. Food was good.

We live in Orleans (an hour away) and we try to go to Joe's at least twice a year. It is worth the drive! Staff are very friendly, service is wonderful. The meatballs and pizza are absolutely delicious! Quite possibly the best polpette I've ever had!

A friend in my wife's office recommended this place. Joe's Italian Kitchen was just a greet combination of location, food service and atmosphere. Although the main entrance was a little hard to find, around back and down the stairs. Right next to a waterfall.Halley, our server was funny and very helpful. They had a nice selection of Italian wines and had large bottles of San Pellegrino (Italian sparkling water) too.Joe's had a huge selection of appetizers and pizza, but only two pasta dishes. I had to try the Mushroom Bruschetta, it was different than a classic bruschetta and did not disappoint. In fact it was the highlight of the meal for me.My wife ordered the Aloha Joe (their take on Hawaiian Pizza and I ordered the Giuseppina Pizza, one of the vegetarian pizza options. We also ordered salad and dessert. All were excellent. The inside of the restaurant is very vintage cellar looking.A great experience and a great meal, highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Nice salads, three of the four bruschetta options were vegetation and two or three vegetarian pizzas are offered. Imaginative and unique ingredients like artichokes.Parking: They have a large parking lot for customers on the side of the main building.Kid-friendliness: I didn't see any children but it did seem like a families with children would be welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: They are around back but do have a ramp.

Love this spot in Almonte. It's worth the drive, right by the waterfall so super nice in the summer to sit on the outdoor patio. The service was great, friendly staff. The margherita pizza was delicious and so was the tiramisu.

First time here and it was a wonderful experience! Our server was very friendly and upbeat. The pinsa was delicious and the dough was so light. Will go again to eat on the patio in the summer as the location is really lovely!

First time at Joe's Italian Kitchen. A pleasant enough experience. Was there mid week for Lunch. Our server was very nice but the food took a while getting to us with only a few tables being served so we couldn't understand why our meal was taking so long. My friend had to ask if our food would be arriving soon. We waited approximately 45-50 minutes for our food which we ordered from their Lunch menu. Very nice decor, loved the original stone walls and views of the falls a bonus. A little pricey for the amount of food we got. Food including soup for myself was nice and hot.Thank you. ?Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter/exit
