While the drive through line can at times be quite long, they always do a great job providing cheerful uplifting service. They are receptive to finding solutions to any issues that arise, which is a nice contrast to some other locations I have visited.

Quality of service has taken a huge slide lately with the introduction of non english speaking staff. They don't speak english, can't understand customers, and get orders wrong repeatedly.I used to go daily, but with this drastic drop in service quality, I'll take my money elsewhere.

We asked for a ice coffee with half the amount of creamThey handed us an ice coffee that looked like it was double the amount of cremeWe asked for a new oneThe lady took it and brought back what looked like the exact same one and laughed in our facesThis made my girlfriend break down cryingI know it's not timmies fault that we had a hard day but laughing at customer is never ok.This happened in the drive thru on Dec 26 at 2:30

By far the worst Tim hortins in the world. Your either waiting forever to order or get food for them to consistently do one thing correct screw up your order or forget stuff in it. Not sure how hard it is to read a screen and fill n order but this tim hortins needs better training or staff that can read. If you can’t do your jobs why bother to be at work !!
