This was my first time having Firehouse Subs. I placed an order for catering for my work. Service was amazing. Super friendly, and quick. When I came in to pick up, my order was ready and packed up on time, even a little early too ;) They even drew some Easter pictures on the boxes. :) Made my day!Thank you so much for the great food. All my associates were so thankful and loved the food. We will definitely order again.

I ordered a hook and ladder today and when I got home the bottom bun was just saturated. I asked not to have sub sauce put on so what made it so wet? I have had many hook and ladders and they have always been excellent. I did watch them try and drain the meat when it came out of the warmer but apparently they didn’t do a very good job. So terrible I just threw it out. What a waste of time and money. You can do better Ancaster Firehouse Subs. If I could give you no stars I would.

Food is always sooooo good! We drive from brantford just to come and get subs and chilli!! Love it here. Staff is friendly, service is to be expected for a place that isn’t necessarily a fast food restaurant. Overall great experiences!
