Tastes exactly the same from when I was in elementary school almost 15 years ago. I pretty much only go when Vidhi is working because she's always helpful in making a recommendation when I want to try something new and is happy to follow any requests! I like my cookie dough really mashed up and mixed into my ice cream so there's no big chunks and she did exactly that perfectly and made the experience and ice cream that much more enjoyable.

What an amazing experience! It’s only our second time visiting a marble slab franchise but Vidhi made our visit extra special. From helping us to choose flavours and being sweet & patient with our kids.The ice cream was delicious and the atmosphere was nice too. Clean restaurant a bonus. Highly recommend.

The best place for quality ice cream in the town! They have almost 40 different flavours to pick from. Also I’ll give 5/5 on customer service, girls working as a server are very kind and helpful in suggestions of the combination.Definitely coming back again! ?

Worst service. The family went to get ice cream, but the clerk, a middle-aged Indian woman wearing glasses, did not take their order. My family and I were the only customers in the store, but when we said we would place an order, the clerk told us to wait a moment and was slowly wiping the checkout screen. In the end, they didn't take our order, so we sat there for a few minutes and then left. The clerk didn't want to work and we were the only customers in the store, but they didn't take our order, so we waited for a long time and got angry so we left. I felt sorry and upset for my children.

The lady didn't take any order. I was the only customer and standing in front of ice cream for 2min and said I am ready. She said just moment and she kept cleaning some machine. I was standing another 2min and just walked out. I felt I was totally ignored by her. Never experience this customer service before. Terrible!

I visited this place on Friday, but the lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all. Additionally, she was a little ubit rude to me, which I believe could harm the store’s reputation.
Worst place ever! I have visited so many marble slab stores, but this one was horrible experience. I have asked for 1 L Ice cream and guy even didn’t measure it on the scale and just put the toppings first in the tub and then filled ice cream in the tub. After that he took out all the things to mix it. Meanwhile, the ice cream was literally like milk. I told him this is not the process how marble slab follows it. But he didn’t agree. Not going at this place anymore. Marble slab head office should work on this store and provide the proper training.

Worse location, I usually go to the upper James location never any problems, always fresh fruits, candy and chocolate. Everything I got tasted old and stale. Also, when I asked for lids for my ice creams she said I couldn’t get any unless I paid extra for it…. I’m already paying $9 for one ice cream and now it’s going to be extra for a lid…
