Our pizza was late apparently the driver got lost and we were worried we wouldn't get our pizza. The owner cooked a new pizza and delivered it personally to our address. That was a really great thing to do and we really appreciated it! The pizza at this location is great as well! I will be a returning customer for a long time to come.

Got a pizza delivered and the seal was opened and tampered with. Do not trust pizza from this place - dominos is nearby anyway.

Pizza late. Gave driver money for overpriced, small pizza, plus a great tip. Box he hands me had snow on the bottom and side of the box. Asked driver why. Said "the bag was open a bit". Get pizza open and it's obviously been dropped. All the toppings are off the pizza and on one side, and it's cold. Customer service took forever, couldn't get my money back, they are sending a replacement pizza "within 20-30 minutes" ..it's also late. I'm still waiting. And they'll probably spit on it because I complained. Sorry, when I fork out 40 bucks for a small pizza, I expect it to at least be edible. I'll never order again.
