This place is a shell of what it used to be.I went in today around 1500hr & there was only one worker for a lineup of eight(!) people.I felt so terrible for Pratik, I told him I would do this review for him. You CANNOT run a food service business like this with ONE employee on a WEEKEND.I never met Pratik in my life before today but I saw one of the hardest workers in Ancaster. It’s a shame the guy in front of me gave him a hard time for not giving him extra guacamole…Do better management!You should be disgusted you left someone to bare such an unreasonable load. You will NOT be receiving my business because of your inhumane treatment of employees.I used to work at a Subway & there was only one employee for the last hour or two of operations (graveyard shift). This is despicable you would put an employee through an entire shift alone at a sub shop on a Saturday!!!For the record, the food was great & Pratik did the best he could as a one man army to serve the food as reasonably achievable.

The staff, which I believe are the owners or related to the owner, do not comprehend English. To the detriment of the customer, they continue to dismiss requests and make orders incorrectly. I have tried to adjust my language to make my request for extra sauce clear. I’ve tried everything from extra sauce to lots of sauce, tons of sauce, drowning in sauce, etc. Every time, they put zero sauce on and I have to correct them just to get some sauce. At $15/sandwich, this is unacceptable.The bottom line is they don’t care. If they were trying and attempted to clarify when they didn’t understand, I would 100% be a regular customer.

The employee working on January 11/24 at 7pm was the worst employee I have ever experienced. She did not appear to have a strong enough comprehension of the English language (putting this kindly) nor a care in the world as to what I would have liked to have on my sub. Not only did she NOT ask what toppings I would like, when I asked to add toppings she advised she did. However, when I received my sub it lacked the requested toppings. When I asked her to add the additional toppings, she refused. She also refused to provide me with her managers/owners name and contact number. Ownership/management should consider the employment of this certain employee. I will not be back and will not recommend this location to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered Uber takeout from this location and subs came dry, bread so hard it may have been stale and 2 soups cold.... NOT Luke warm ....flat out cold.I will not blame Uber as it was relatively reasonable delivery and thw soup would of been warmish and it wasn't. Cold soup was put in the bowl.Subs came falling out of paper wrapping.Almost $100 down the drain as we're ordering pizza now.Save yourself the waste of $ on this restaurant.

I went there 6 or 7 times and I ate Mesquite Chicken and Black Angus steak, it was good taste. So, I recommend you should try it out.
This place is dirty! From the pungent smell upon entering. Dirty eating area and dead bugs on the walls..The "flavourful station" where I used to get my pickles and sauces is temporarily kept in the kitchen due to covid?? The portion of pickles was literally 3 slices. And when I asked for additional I was told NO... no even I would pay extra???A make shift karaoke station next to the drink area???The bill for two subs $44.48.... and no extra pickles... That is absolutely my last trip to this Quiznos

Major health code violations here. The young gentleman who is serving me as I type this just took cash from another customer with his gloves on proceeded to give coins back as change and then didn’t change his gloves and starts to touch my food. I kindly asked him to please put new gloves on and start over which he did but this scares me. This place was amazing back in the day when owned by a nice family who actually cared. This is my last visit here this place needs to get shut down.

Absolutely terrible since new ownership.. I have went there twice and both times I open the bag and have someone elses food. I got a chicken carbonara and it had no bacon or sauce on it. 2 of 3 ingredients.
