The best location I've found. Service in drive thru is always quick and friendly. Haven't had a bad coffee yet, and food items seem to be restocked throughout opening hours. Importantly, the quality and service is consistently good.We visit nightly, and have found the regular evening shift folks to be wonderful.

What an ordeal to use the womens washroom. Long line up, and they keep it locked!!! You have to wait at counter and ask for the key. And if they are busy you are waiting a long time before someone will get you the key. When you are in the long washroom line you do not know if anyone is in the washroom or not because the door is locked. Come on!!!!!

Mid-sized Tim Hortons right on Wilson St in Ancaster. Lots of seating including booths & a fireplace. Very clean & orderly, staff are super polite & professional.Drive thru is fairly busy but almost nobody sitting inside, probably faster to get out of your car & go inside if you're pressed for time.Nice clean washrooms & good selection of donuts/muffins etc.Food is basically the same as any other Tims but service is quick & it's a nice quiet place to sit for a few minutes.Bonus points for working wifi and USB port plugs.Dining area & drive thru both open till 11pm weekdays.

I buy a coffee from your tim hortons. A old lady make it for me but its not fresh, then i tell her its not fresh. Please make it new she said ok, but she just pretend she trying to make new but give me same coffee same cup. We are two customers on same time. But she doesn’t care

It’s Tim Hortons, you know what you’re getting food wise. But this location is pretty well set up to ease your travels on the highwayThere are 2 drive through lanes and it went really fast.I’d go again and probably will on the way up north.

Had a great experience with the staff here, initially they gave me the wrong wrap so I drove through to let them know and was a little annoyed (long day, not my proudest moment). The immediately fixed everything and all the young men working apologized and were just so lovely and funny that it made my day. 10/10 will return and love their camaraderie.

Last time I was there I got a extra large coffee, went to take a drink and then the lid popped off.All the drink ran down my chest and lower area scalding me .Causing me to jump up while driving Causeing me to hit the car in front of me at a light from a stopped position rear ending poor guy .Thank God I only had 10 ft to accelerate.
