We placed a mobile order. We got to the drive through window and got 2 of our items and was asked to pull forward to the next window. 10 mins goes by along with 10 other vehicles so I had parked to go in. Our food was in there sitting getting cold. I assume who took our order was a manager as she was in all black. When I went in to get our food the same lady who told us to pull forward whom I assume is the manager literally just stood there looking confused and stared at me with no apology not one word what so ever. To the young lady who handed me my food and apologized I appreciated that and I am sorry for my frustration. I also forgot to mention that when I was parked at the window I tried calling to let them know we were still waiting but both times I tried calling it went straight to voice-mail so I am assuming the phone was unplugged.

The staff is very friendly and nice. Yes, got wrong orders 2 times yet they were quick to apologise & offer replacement. 10/10 for service and politeness..

I've had a few good meals here but more often then not there's either something missing from my order, they have gotten it wrong or there's something disgusting going on with my food. I've had chicken burgers that were like eating hockey pucks because they were so hard. I've had beef patties that weren't cooked well enough. I've had bone pieces in my food. If you go through the drive though it's almost guaranteed that you'll have to go inside after to get your order corrected. The odd time that they get it right it's pretty decent though. All I would say is to check your order thoroughly before leaving and you should be fine.

To whom this may concerns,In this letter, I’d like to have a conversation about a very helpful individual working in this establishment. She told me her name was Lilly. Right from the get go, this wonderful individual was so helpful and greeted me with such a kindness I have never received anywhere else. As I ordered, she cracked a little joke. She even assisted me in navigating the remix menu, a variety of food that I have never tried before. The food… splendid. The service though was of the utmost supreme. Usually fast food places don’t have such a high quality of customer service, especially from workers so young. But to see this, truly made what was honestly not such a great day, into one where I was smiling. All in all, I am very pleased with the serbice and I hope this is kept in this establishment. Thank you so much to Lilly and the rest of the McDonald’s crews. I’ll be back soon enough.Best regards,THe Angus review beast

Unfortunately I've had 5 visits in the last month and 5 incorrect orders and therefore changing my review accordingly. TerribleUpdate: thought I'd try them again as I used to drive thru at least four times a week most summer months. Still messed up my order, took 10 minutes for a Normal menu item (breakfast #2 with black coffee) all spelled out for them via mobile order and they even get the black coffee incorrect. I'm done with this location permanently. 630am, no one in line, still can't get it right. The owners have obviously abandoned all sense of service.

Every time I go here the food is usually awful, burnt or not made right multiple times I have had food missing and have reached out to McDonald via email all I got was a email saying they could send me rewards points instead of rewards points maybe send someone to the store bc nothing has changed staff are usually rude or forget stuff right after you ask for it in the bag except for the morning staff I have never had a issue and sorry to say but there not even really open 24/7 if you go late hours of the night or early hours of the morning they won’t sell anything either then a coffee or muffin and you have to pay with exact change no debit or credit.
