I love the Tim Hortons on the Madawaska. The team is always friendly, the food is awesome and they have Maple Donuts, which they do not have at the Tim Hortons near the 417. They are fast and efficient! Thank you for making my life better every day! My colleagues have big smiles, when I bring their coffees, breakfasts and desserts! How privileged are we to have 2 Tim Hortons and other restaurants in our town. Here's to Arnprior and loving it!

This is the worst Tim’s location I’ve ever seen. I consistently get wrong items, they constantly run out of multiple items, often multiple items so that you have to go with your 3rd choice, not even second.The portions at Tim Hortons are already unreasonably tiny for the price, this one is noticeably worse than average.We tested out getting identical wraps at this location and the location by the highway and the wrap at this location was noticeable smaller/lighter. This is consistent.To say nothing of the pot hole riddled parking lot and drive through, or the absurd prices (which is a company thing and not unique to this location)For more context I’ve gone 5 times in the last week and 4 of those time there were errors.Last Saturday: order and pay for a turkey bacon club, receive a blt.Monday afternoon: part of the order was for 10 chocolate timbits, specifically confirmed they had chocolate, get 10 plain.Yesterday Friday: order 2 identical coffees, open them up they are completely different colours.Today: order 2 identical coffees, and again they are made completely different? How? That’s twice in a row where I order 2 identical coffees and get them completely different. Not to mention they were out of like 3-4 different things.Tims and their prices are barely worth it as is, and this is bar none the worst location I’ve ever seen. Bad owner, bad management and poor staff. Staff are friendly and do mean well, but it is absolutely not normal to deal with this level of problems so consistently.No longer using the restaurant and especially not this location.

First time i reviewed fast food, wait make that slow food. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through with 4 cars ahead me and they made my order wrong. If this was a one time event I'd forgive it but no, 9 out of the last 10 times ive been there this has been the case, if it wasn't on the way to my work I'd never stop here. Slowest service of ANY fast food place I've ever been to.

The service here is always great but come on, all day breakfast means all day breakfast and regularly being out of eggs (take no time to cook) is really frustrating. So is being out of buns for sandwiches. Like seriously, nobody in house even has to make the buns. They just go in the toaster.Edited because it just happened again, store is dead literally just me in drive through and nobody in the lobby. No eggs or sausage ? must be too busy to keep all day breakfast going.To the owner: already went through that channel, said they'd inform you as well.

What can I say...Timmy's rule! Most times it's a fast trip, but rush hour can be a wait..Fast food and fast drinks, cold and hot. Now variations of iced drinks is great ?..lolParking: Parking is limited in most stores as drive through and delivery become the norm.Wheelchair accessibility: Most stores have a reasonable handicap access.Dietary restrictions: Being a fast food donut and drink stop, dietary requirements are not too of the list. Some options are available if you ask!
