I am a lumber jill and I was doing a hand hewing demonstration at the farm town park in Stirling today. It was very hot. At the end of the day I headed straight for the Bancroft Brewing setup. I asked for the sawmill lager. I work for the lcbo and I have seen that we have a couple of these in our big store. If the rest were as amazing as the gorgeous lager ...I want them all brought in. Deep sunlight, thirst quenching gold with light hops...it was pure bliss to me after a long day of swinging a 12 pound broadaxe, in 36 degree weather. I have found that the Northern Breweries tend to make the best beer...this one is no exception. Great craftmanship...5 stars...delicious. Thank you. Deidre Reitav
