I absolutely love Captain George's fish and chips. Not overly battered and their fries are so good. If you are getting the fries make sure to get their gravy as well, it is so good.
Potato fries taste fresh and crispy. The haddock fish are lighly seasoned so that you can add salt & pepper on your own. Moist inside and phenomenal crispy outside. They controlled the oil temperature so well. I think they deep fried the fish and the fries twice to get this excellent result.

The fish and chips were fantastic, good amount of fish with a nice battered crust.Definitely needs a bit of a refresh in the dining room area, unless vintage retro is the new decor.
