We have ordered cicco’s many many times, it’s costly for what you get but the food is generally worth it. The other night we ordered, one large veggie/hot peppers (confirmed 2xs to add) , one small olive , Buffalo wings and pickles = 70+$. Once home.. veggie had no hot peppers, chunks of raw garlic, our small olive was mushroom.. no olives. Our Buffalo wings were honey garlic or something not Buffalo. 3 out of 4 items were wrong. Before ordering we asked if Rose was in that night, as she’s the cook and does a great job. “Oh yesss… she’s in and will be making your order”.. that was at 7:10pm…. Well once we got the order, I talked to her, she was there but left before 7.. she wasn’t there. Well… for 70$ I can run into town to get lots of food. I like to support local when I can but we work too hard for this. We have had issues in the past, overlooked them but not this time. Sorry

The food was good, but way over priced considering this was a block walled, industrial building. the place was freezing, we eat with our winter coats. Save your $$$ take out only.

I came up north to celebrate my bro sisters inlaws 10 year anniversary. They live in the area so the reccomonded this little Italian restaurantWe where there for a Sunday lunch 8 of us. Wasn't to busyWe had and shared calamari they where pretty good. I decided to have a side ceaser salad and gnocchi a la carbonara which was very good. Tiramisu was good maybe hold off on the cream.Wasn't to expensive and everyone was happy. Pizza was ok wasn't wood fire.

this review is for the minesing location. we ordered pizzas tonight and told 45minutes. went up and paid after 45 minutes and once paid we were told it would be another 30 minutes. just say it's going to be 1 hour or more. don't under promise. we live in minesing and honestly never order from there anymore because there are always issues. We ordered 9 pizzas in advanced from new Lowell's lifes a slice the other weekend for a buck and doe because we knew Ciccos was going to be unreliable. it was actually quite disappointing for all of us locals that we didn't even want to order from the local restaurant for a local event. Minesing gave you your start Ciccos, treat your customers better

So glad we decided to come. Nice friendly place, waitress was awesome and the food was great! The raspberry mojito is excellent! That's all I got to try this time. Every single dish we ordered came out quickly and tasted amazing. We will definitely be coming back!

We just finished a late lunch at Cicco's Restaurante on Prince William Way...I must say, for an "Italian restaurant", it leaves much to be desired. The mussels were served with about 25% broken shells, totally unacceptable, the veal was way overcooked, the Salmon dinner was cold and, for the price, the Salmon should be the star of the show (tiny 2.99 piece, for $30). Scallops overcooked and minimal sauce on the pasta...the upside? Our server was great and so was the Calimari... otherwise, not recommended...I'm sorry for not taking pics, but I was still enjoying my social time with family...and, apparently, no manager on the weekend... what kind of restaurant has no management on any given day... very poorly run establishment

Extremely disappointed with the food quality. We ordered a risotto and couldn’t eat a bite. I’m not sure what was that mass but wasn’t anything that you should serve or eithe r eat. The pork was dry and the sprouts were more in the burn side. Nothing tasted like fresh. The server was nice but can’t believe that this is called an Italian restaurant. What a disgrace!

I’ve had my daughter’s baptism here and now both of my friends baptisms here and the service and food is amazing! Shannon was fantastic! I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family. Great customer service and great food! I highly recommended this place.

I ordered veal Parmesan, what I got was a dried burger patty purchased from a grocery store, it didn’t even taste like veal, the Alfredo sauce tasted like canned sauce. This is definitely not “AUTHENTIC”

Just ordered from Cicco’s for the first time. My daughter had visited the restaurant over a year ago with a work function. So for her birthday we decided to order curb side pick up. Another lockdown makes it hard to celebrate. Thank you Cicco for making this birthday extra special. The food was amazing, so much flavour. Portions were large. We ordered a bit of everything- pizza- pork chop- pasta- catch of the day, it was all fantastic! Highly recommend them, if you can support this business during this difficult time, please do! Can’t wait to visit in person, hopefully one day soon.

A true two (2) star restaurant. Dissatisfied with the calamari, veal parmigiana and their ceasar salad mystery dressing. This business serves below average food and delivers very poor overall satisfaction. Go elsewhere for your Italian fare if you have any culinary standards and self respect for your taste buds and your family members. This business is the Ragu flag ship of Barrie's itailian food scene. Should have never tried a new place and stuck with Zio's Itailina Comfort Food on Anne Street. I'm sorry Zio, please forgive me.

By far the worst restaurant I have ever been to, extremely disappointed that this place considers them self an “Italian restaurant” I am convinced that there food is microwaved after being removed from a frozen box purchased at a no name grocery store, or maybe even a convenience store. One star is being generous as it deserves a negative five star rating! Save your time and money by not going to this restaurant unless you want horrible food.
