We showed up got the first loaf of bread then ordered our food we got all you can eat soup and a salad those showed up first with a second loaf of bread, people who showed up after us got food and we thought it was normal since it was four of us then we sat there for 30 minutes without getting any more salads, soups or bread then we saw people getting turned away from entering so we asked what's going on... THEY HAD NO HOT WATER. after an hour and a half, we got our food with our second serving of salads and soups we got chicken Alfredo, lasagna, calazone and ravioli, the ravioli was under cooked, the lasagna was good so was the chicken Alfredo but I didn't try the calazone but the person who did said it was good the salads didnt have nearly enough salad dressing witch is also because i dont really like salad dressing. BUT people who only waited 30-1 hour were getting food for free or really discounted and WE didn't get a offer at all and no option to not tip, we were never informed adout the delay until we asked and even with all you can eat bread we only got two between four people and we were never offered any more till we got our mains. To be honest, the pasta wasn't special. I could have made it at home for much cheaper, and it doesn't take one and a half hours for it. I won't be coming back unless I'm offered out to dinner by someone else

Bread was cold and obviously not “fresh out of oven” salad was lackluster for “AYCE” they seem to dissuade you from taking advantage of it. Ordered pasta and it was “meh” and same dish in other locations has been great.Service was horrible though. The host obviously didn’t want to be there and he was rather rude. Our server tried her best but it looked like she was being pulled in multiple directions by the Managers who also appeared to be a couple/Owners. Lack of attentiveness was everything. Had to get up and pay the bill after waiting almost 15min. Easily could have dined and dashed and they wouldn’t have even know. It also affected the atmosphere and likely explained why it was so not busy for a Friday night. Would not recommend this location based on above.

I decided to have dinner at eastside Mario’s bayfield location last night Lindsay my server she was amazing she welcomed us with a smile did not rush us when we were ordering she made us feel welcomed and not just like we were just another customer when I go into a family restaurant to eat it should feel welcoming and like home and she made me and my husband feel this way great place to bring the family excellent service excellent food you could tell all the employees were happy to be thereIf your looking for an amazing place to eat this would be itThank you Lindsay for making my dinning experience one to remember we will be back soon

Edit; this restaurant has def improved in service and cleanliness. I believe the owner has changed.I’m sorry to say that we were into the restaurant for the last time. It’s very dirty! The tables, the menus and the washrooms were all so dirty. We were also very unhappy with the food. The pasta was dried out and there was so little sauce, that it was barely edible for me. I don’t like to be critical, but it was over the top:(

Just had the wonderful Taylor amazingly attend to our big table for a birthday celebration. It's not an easy tasks to do, especially with little kids and she did great! Ask for her for your big tables.My GF pasta wasn't amazing but my husband's pizza was great. The music is a bit loud for my taste but the place is spacious and bright.Kid-friendliness: Staff is tolerant, special menus, changing table in the disable toilet and lots of space around table not to bother other guests too much.
